Welcome to PulsePuzzle. By using pulsepuzzle.com you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read.

The service

PulsePuzzle provides free, browser-based daily puzzle games — WordPulse, NumberPulse, Numble, SplitPulse, and MemoPulse — plus an Archive of past puzzles. No account is required. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising in the Archive section.

Fair play

Leaderboards are shared with all players, and they are only fun if they are honest. You agree not to submit automated or falsified scores, not to interfere with the service or other players' use of it, and not to attempt to access non-public parts of the service. Display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain profanity in any language may be filtered, replaced, or removed, and repeat abuse may result in a ban from leaderboards.

Your content

The only content you provide is a display name. You are responsible for the name you choose; it appears publicly on leaderboards.

Intellectual property

The games, puzzle content, design, and code of PulsePuzzle are our intellectual property. You may share your results (the share feature exists precisely for that), link to the site, and write about it freely. You may not copy the games or puzzle content for a competing service.

Availability and warranty

PulsePuzzle is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to keep the site fast and available every day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and streaks lost to outages, device changes, or cleared browser data cannot be restored — local storage on your device is the system of record for your history.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePuzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use PulsePuzzle, which is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
